Innovative software has just been released to improve aged care worldwide, with leading global health care company, Raisof, signing a non-exclusive license.
CeGA Online is a web-based geriatric assessment and clinical decision support system developed by researchers from the University of Queensland’s Centre for Research in Geriatric Medicine in association with the Centre for Online Health.
The software, already being widely used across Queensland, is designed to give older patients improved continuity of care by recording and monitoring patient progress before, during and after a hospital stay.
“The health needs of ageing populations are becoming more complex and CeGA Online is an online tool that has been shown to simplify patient planning and helps health professionals work together for improved patient care,” Raisoft CEO, Robert Astrom said.
